(3 months term)
Responsibilities:
- Get trained on the One Times One tool we use to facilitate the buddy system (this will take about 1 hour on Zoom)
- Help promote awareness of the buddy program within Awaken Tango and beyond
- Make sure everyone who wants to be part of the program is added to the system
- Send the weekly availability requests, matching emails, meeting logging reminders (one click each)
- Keep track of questions/problems people have and help get them addressed/answered (by you or others)
- Improve the way this works and help find and train the next buddy system coordinator

- You’re organized and repsonsible
- Track record of getting along with people and working collaboratively
